Sundays

4:30pm Service
every sunday

We love to gather together as a community every Sunday at 4:30pm. Different Sundays of the month have a different focus and feel. Please read on to learn more about what to expect on different Sundays of the month.

1st & 3rd Sundays

We come together to praise God in our worship and discover what following Jesus looks like through a short talk. On these weeks we will have a longer time of sung worship as well as making time and space for the Holy Spirit to lead us and and for us to encounter Him in prayer. A free café is available throughout the service.

2nd Sundays

We come together to praise God, spend time enjoying a hot meal as a community, and have some small group discussions. We also have some child-friendly activities available throughout the evening.

4th Sundays

This week is focused on community and having fun together. We have fun activities for all ages to take part in, including a bouncy castle for children, board games, art activities and some cafe-style seating for those who want to sit and chat. We will also have child-friendly sung worship with some action songs and a short Bible story followed by the opportunity for small group discussion about the story.

Please note: Our services are nearly always held at High Street Methodist Church, but very occasionally services may be held in a different location. Please check our social media before you visit us incase of any changes.

We look forward to seeing you!

Young People

YOUTH COMMUNITY
Tuesdays
6pm - 8:15pm

We have space to hang out & catch-up with our youth workers and other young people. We play games together (we have a range of table games like table tennis, pool, consoles and sports equipment). We also chat about how we are doing & what it looks like to follow Jesus. We love to share food! We have a free meal together each week. It’s for anyone in school years 7-13, so come along and enjoy!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Stevenage Community Trust, who recently awarded us a grant specifically to fund our Youth Community meals this year.

We normally meet at High Street Methodist Church, but keep an eye on our social media for updates.

LiFE

weekly during term time

We run lunchtime projects for teenage boys in local schools in Stevenage. They’re a great opportunity to connect with guys and create a space for them to talk about how life is treating them.
Over the summer we grab a disk and run a frisbee project. And over the winter we play on consoles and chat over snacks at LiFE.
